I enjoyed how you chose to take pictures in both showing motion and freezing motion. It seems as though you became more comfortable with your camera for cross country. I like the 5th figure you've shown of the runner in a pano, his red tank jumps out of the blur and he's positioned nicely to the left. I think the one below of the the two runners is nice, but a bit too blurry.
